All deposits made to Bold Construction Inc. are non-refundable. Exceptions to this policy are made only in cases where the agreed-upon service has not commenced within a 90-day period from the date of hiring. In such cases, a full refund of the deposit may be issued.

However, once a representative of Bold Construction Inc. has arrived on-site to begin services (starting on day one of the project), the deposit becomes non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellation by the client.
